If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com or via WhatsApp 01708750935 with your order number, full Name, address, phone, email. We will try our best to cancel your order. Once an order has dispatched & handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. Customer will pay small fees of £2.99 for UK & £6.99 for international if an order is return for a refund.
CHANGE ORDER DETAILS
If you wish to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, unfortunately, we can't change the delivery address over the phone or email you have requests to cancel an order, then order it again using a different delivery address
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
In the event of non-delivery, please allow 21 days for UK & 45 days for international before contacting us Monday-Friday. Postal regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us using one of the options at the top of this page.
