If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com with your order number, full Name, address, phone, email or via WhatsApp 01708750935. We will try our best to cancel your order. Once an order has dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customer will pay small fees of £2.99 if an order is a return for a refund.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
In the event of non-delivery, please allow 21 days before contacting us Monday-Friday. Postal regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us using one of the options at the top of this page.
